Let's talk about some of the beautiful herbs we have used to formulate this herbal tisane. Elderberries are packed with vitamin C and powerful antioxidants; these sweet whole berries also brew tasty liquor. Ginger has long been used to remedy colds and flus so of course we have included this wonder herb in our blend, boasting some spicy heat, anti-nausea and immunity boosting properties. Peppermint is wonderful in assisting to ease nausea while bringing a minty sharpness to help keep you feeling fresh. Echinacea is an amazing herb with seemingly endless benefits; when steeped it can help manage symptoms of anxiety and nausea, shorten the time flu symptoms that are present, assist in pain management and can provide a much needed source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients.

All tea cylinders come with a stainless steel mesh tong tea infuser. 


Ingredients: Elderberry, Olive Leaf, Peppermint, Ginger Root, Fennel Seed, Echinacea, Lemon Myrtle & Thyme.

Serving Suggestion:  1-2 teaspoons per cup brewed for 3-5 minutes at 100 degrees. Try adding a hint of honey for a touch of sweetness and extra cold & flu fighting benefits.
