Emma’s interest in the human body first started as a personal health and fitness journey, witnessing first hand the innate capacity for the human body to adapt and evolve.
Appreciating the close relationship between body and mind, and respecting the body’s need for both work and rest, massage only felt like an obvious path to pursue. After completing her Diploma in Remedial Massage 2017, Emma was eager to learn more about addressing the root cause rather than chasing symptoms and continues to actively invest in further education and industry mentoring.
Emma is passionate about viewing and treating the body holistically. Emma takes into consideration how you’re using your body as a whole, from biomechanics and exercise selection, to breathing, emotions and the Nervous System. With a keen interest in strength training and grappling sports, Emma is passionate about promoting the importance of caring for your body and prioritising recovery in order to thrive.
