Rachel has a passion for the human mind and body, with all treatments encompassing the understanding that the mind and body are inextricably connected, and the effects that this can have on health and wellbeing. Through identifying these connections within her patients, Rachel aims to deliver acupuncture treatments that help facilitate the natural tendency towards balance and harmony through self-regulation and increased self-efficacy. Rachels passionate about up-skilling and continually learning about Fertility Acupuncture, Pregnancy Acupuncture, Acupuncture to assist Pain and Injuries, Oncology Acupuncture, and general mental - emotional wellbeing such as Stress & Anxiety Support.

Spending time alone can have profound positive effects on your life and wellbeing. It allows us to see what's missing from our life and helps identify changes that need to be made. Alone time away from responsibilities, phones and the external world allows us to keep connected to our own internal world, our true sense of self. This allows for reflection on our inner most thoughts and helps enhance self-awareness, similar to how Buddhists have practiced mindfulness for centuries. Solitude provides peace and quiet to think deep, analyse abilities, unlock curiosity and gain better self understanding and wellbeing during this lifetime.
