All products are shipped within 2 business days.

Due to regulatory requirements, we keep our products local. 

Shipping is available for Australian customers only. 

Your order is being shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD. Speed is based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

NOTE: Please understand that weather or public holidays can cause postal delays, so please order with plenty of time before any deadlines or special occasions.

Your parcel should be delivered to the Post Office or pick up point.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Yes – If you selected the wrong product type and wish to exchange for the correct product type - providing the product is it its original state & packaging upon receiving, i.e. unopened and has not been tampered with, exchanges can be arranged. 

 

No – If the product has been opened - no exchanges or returns are allowed due to health and safety requirements being a consumable and sealed product. 

 

If however you receive your purchase & it was not what you were expecting I.e. you selected the wrong product you can exchange it for the correct product. Only in the event that the product is deemed faulty will the purchaser be reimbursed with a refund. No other refunds are accepted i.e. change of mind etc. 

 

NOTE: 

Any exchanges or returns must take place within 10 days from receiving your purchase.Postal costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. Before returning the product, you will need to email info@vynehealth.com.au with receipt of purchase and reason for return/exchange.

Returns can only be accepted if in original, unused condition with all packaging fully intact (including any soft protective packaging). 

 

Any postal costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser, and only in the event that the product is deemed faulty will the purchaser be reimbursed.
